Terms of use

Provisional version, 10 October 2026.

Sponso’ring is launching: donations are not open yet. These terms cover the use of the site and the publication of pages. They will be completed, and reviewed by a professional, before donations open (payments, payouts, refunds).

1. What Sponso’ring does

Sponso’ring lets MMA, boxing and Muay Thai fighters, their clubs and event organisers present their project, receive donations and connect with sponsors.

2. Using the site and creating pages

  • Browsing the site and creating a page are free.
  • A fighter profile can only be requested by a person aged 18 or over, for themselves.
  • A club or event page can only be requested by an authorised person (president, board member, organiser, or with their agreement).
  • Sponso’ring checks every request before publishing and may refuse, edit for formatting, suspend or remove a page, in particular if information is inaccurate or these terms are not followed.
  • A page can be changed or deleted at any time on request through the contact page.

3. Content and photos

  • Whoever sends a request confirms that the information is accurate, that they hold the rights to the photos and that they have the agreement of the people shown, and of the parents for minors.
  • Unlawful, misleading or hateful content, violence outside a sporting context, and content that infringes other people’s rights are prohibited.
  • They allow Sponso’ring to display this content on the site and in sharing visuals for as long as the page exists.

4. Donations (once open)

  • Payments will be processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Sponso’ring never has access to bank details.
  • Donors pay the amount they choose, with no fees on top. A 10% service fee, payment processing included, is deducted from the amount received by the fighter or the club.
  • A page receives donations all year round. If a campaign goal is not reached, the money raised is still paid out.
  • In France, a donation to a fighter gives no right to a tax reduction, even through their club. Only a club recognised as being of public interest can issue a tax receipt, and the club issues it itself, not Sponso’ring.

5. Rewards

Rewards are optional. They are chosen, described and sent by the fighter or the club, who is solely responsible for them. A donor can report a reward that never arrived through the contact page. In case of repeated failures, Sponso’ring may warn, suspend or remove the page.

6. Sponsorship

Sponso’ring connects the company with the fighter or the club and prepares the contract. The contract is signed between the company and the pro fighter, or the club for an amateur fighter. Payment goes directly to the fighter or the club, against an invoice: sponsorship money does not go through Sponso’ring.

7. Liability

The information on each page is provided by the fighters, clubs and organisers, who are responsible for it. Sponso’ring does its best to keep the site available and up to date, but cannot guarantee it at all times.

8. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change, in particular when donations open. The version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by French law. Any questions: armelsponsoring@gmail.com.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.
