Who is responsible for your data?

The Sponso’ring project, run by Armel Rezard and Mathéo Mainguy (company being set up). Contact: armelsponsoring@gmail.com.

What data do we collect?

• “Create my profile” form: first and last name, nickname, male or female fighter, confirmation of being 18 or over, city, club, discipline, level, record, introduction, goals, rewards, photos, Instagram and TikTok accounts, email and phone number.
• “Create my club’s page” form: club name, city, disciplines, club figures (licensed members, competitors, classes, fight nights, followers), federation, who the club is for, introduction, names of coaches and board members, project, rewards, partners, photos, social accounts, plus the name, role, email and phone number of the person filling in the form.
• “Announce an event” form: event name, date, venue and format, opponent, goal and use of funds, sponsorship spots, poster or photo, social accounts, plus the name, role, email and phone number of the person filling in the form.
• Contact form: name, email, company or club, message.

What do we use it for?

• Creating and publishing your fighter profile, your club’s page or your event’s page (introductions, photos and social accounts are public; emails and phone numbers are never shown).
• Getting back to you about your profile, your request or the launch of donations.
• Moving your profile to the future version of the platform, so you don’t have to fill everything in again.

This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who has access to it?

Only the Sponso’ring team and its technical providers: Netlify (site hosting and form handling, in the United States, with safeguards recognised by the European Union). When donations open, Stripe will process payments. In the sponsorship flow, the name or SIRET number you type to find your company is sent to the French government’s public company directory (recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr). Your data is never sold.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as your profile exists. If no profile is created, or once your profile is deleted, your data is erased no later than 3 years after our last exchange. Contact messages are kept for as long as it takes to handle your request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to armelsponsoring@gmail.com. If you feel your rights are not being respected, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. A single technical cookie, “nf_lang”, remembers the language you chose (French or English) for one year. The donation and sponsorship flows keep your choices in your browser for the length of your visit (session storage), without sending them anywhere. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.
