Privacy policy

Who is responsible for your data?

The Sponso’ring project, run by Armel Rezard and Mathéo Mainguy (company being set up). Contact: sponsoringpro@outlook.com.

What data do we collect?

  • Your account: email address, password (stored in an encrypted form that nobody can read, not even our team), account type (fighter or club) and confirmation that you are 18 or over.
  • Your fighter profile: first name, last name, nickname, gender, age, city, club, coach, discipline, level, record, introduction, next fight, campaign, use of donations, rewards, sponsorship offers, current sponsors, photos, Instagram and TikTok accounts, phone number.
  • A club profile: club name, city, disciplines, club figures (members, competitors, classes, fight nights, followers), federation, people the club welcomes, introduction, names of coaches and board members, project, rewards, sponsorship offers, partners, photos, social accounts, and the name, role and phone number of the person managing the profile.
  • Contact form and sponsorship requests: name, email, phone number, company or club, message.
  • Requests sent with the old forms (before 27 October 2026) are kept as explained below.

What is public: once published, your profile shows your first name, the initial of your last name and the information you wrote in it. Never shown or published: your full last name, your email, your phone number, and the name and role of a club’s contact person.

What do we use it for?

  • Creating your account, logging you in and managing your profile.
  • Publishing your profile with your sharing visuals, and reviewing it to keep the site reliable.
  • Sending you emails about your account: address confirmation, forgotten password, profile live.
  • Getting back to you about your profile, an interested sponsor or the opening of donations.

This processing is needed to provide the service you ask for when creating your account, under the terms of use accepted at sign-up. The contact form relies on your consent.

Who has access to it?

Only the Sponso’ring team and its technical providers, who use it solely to run the site:

  • Supabase: accounts, profiles and photos, hosted in Ireland (European Union);
  • Vercel: site hosting and page building, in Dublin; storage of contact messages and of requests sent with the old forms, in the United States;
  • Resend: emails about your account, sent from Ireland.

These three companies are based in the United States and protect your data with safeguards recognised by the European Union. When donations open, Stripe will process payments. In the sponsorship flow, the name or SIRET number you type to find your company is sent to the French government’s public company directory (recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr). Your data is never sold.

How long do we keep it?

  • Your account and profile: as long as your account exists. When you delete it from your account page, your profile is removed from the site straight away, your account and profile are erased immediately, and your photos within 30 days at the latest.
  • An account whose profile was never published is erased at the latest 3 years after your last login.
  • Requests sent with the old forms: at the latest 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Contact messages: for as long as it takes to handle your request.

Your rights

You can correct your profile and delete your account yourself, from your account page. To see your data, get a copy, object to its use or make any other request, email sponsoringpro@outlook.com. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. A single technical cookie, “nf_lang”, remembers the language you chose (French or English) for one year. When you are logged in to your account, your session is kept in your browser (local storage) so you stay logged in; it is erased when you log out. The donation and sponsorship flows keep your choices in your browser for the length of your visit (session storage), without sending them. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.
